Why This Shelf Starts Empty

Most stores open with a shelf already full. Mine opens with an empty one, on purpose.
Every coffee that appears here from this point forward will have already cleared four checks — fulfillment, quality, sourcing, service — because I checked them myself, not because a supplier paid to be listed. That means some days this shelf won't grow at all. I'd rather it stay empty than fill it with something I haven't actually verified.
If you're checking back and it's still quiet, that's not neglect. That's the standard doing its job.
